RIO GRANDE COUNTY - Ballots must be received by county election officials by 7 p.m. on Nov. 3.

 After Oct. 26, voters are encouraged to return their ballot to a drop box or Voter Service and Polling Centers rather than by mail to ensure their ballot is received before the deadline. In Rio Grande County the only ballot box is located at the west end of the Rio Grande County Annex Building located at 965 Sixth Street in Del Norte.
