Scott Tipton toured the new River Valley Inn Nursing Home in Del Norte on Tuesday. Nursing home staff commented, “We are grateful that Congressman Tipton set time aside from his schedule to come and do a tour of the new Del Norte facility. He was pivotal for us in the licensure and approval to do this project. We are grateful to the congressman for always looking out for us in long term care.”
