DEL NORTE—According to recent posts on Facebook, several residents have reported seeing a mountain lion in Del Norte. Though law enforcement officials have not spotted the animal, they encourage residents to call the police department to report sightings rather than post on Facebook. Please call 657-2600 to report any further sightings of the animal to DNPD.
