Hollace Faye Rhodes, 68

REDMOND, Wash.— Hollace (Holly) Faye Rhodes died peacefully on May 31, 2018 in her home in Redmond Wash., after a nearly five-month struggle with melanoma cancer. She was 68 years old.
Holly grew up in Del Norte, the daughter of Richard and Alice Bloss. She graduated from Del Norte High school in 1968. She attended the University of Colorado and University of Tulsa where in 1983 she received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. She worked as a professional engineer at Arco Pipeline Company in Coffeeville Kan., the Arco/BP Cherry Point Refinery in Ferndale Wash. and for 14 years with Boeing Commercial Aircraft Company in the Seattle area.
She is survived by her husband, James Scott Rhodes Jr. and her first husband, James Garnett of Monte Vista. She is also survived by her sister Ruth Danielsen, brother James Bloss, son James Garnett, daughter Vanessa Kinnick, grandchildren Mia, Emery and Cooper Garnett, Hazel and Rain Kinnick and Griffin Garnett.  
She was predeceased by her son, Sean Garnett, and brothers Richard and Martin Bloss.
