People wore warm clothing and perused businesses decked out for the Christmas season on Friday night, Dec. 3, in Del Norte for the annual Tour of Lights. Carolers sang in front of Raisin’ Rye bakery as the Del Norte fire engine passed through town followed by a car that had the Grinch waving from atop. At 7 p.m. the event concluded with fireworks show. The event was organized by the Del Norte Chamber of Commerce.
