DEL NORTE— The New Life Fellowship Church in Del Norte will be hosting a backpack outreach for the children in Del Norte on Saturday, Aug. 18 at 9 am. There will be a free pancake breakfast, free haircuts and a skit followed by the distribution of backpacks and water bottles.
