DEL NORTE — Ancient Valley Open Mic in Del Norte is a community music series that depends on local talent for its show.  

Happening every Wednesday at the new Simple Foods market, 680 Grand Ave., from 5-7 p.m., their shady outdoor listening space is attracting audiences as well as talented musicians from all over the San Luis Valley.  

Ancient Valley Open Mic is open to participants of all skill levels and styles. Staging includes a two-channel amp set up for one player with one direct instrument; players are encouraged to bring additional equipment that they need. For more information, contact the director [email protected]
